Hi, my name is Greg! I'm so excited to be launching CABE Property Services.

I’ve built my career around property maintenance and management, combining hands-on skills with reliable service. My experience began with multi-unit apartment buildings, where I handled unit turns, repairs, and ongoing maintenance. Those early years gave me a strong foundation in the day-to-day needs of property ownership and taught me the importance of keeping units safe, functional, and welcoming for residents.

From there, I expanded into broader property services - including lawn care, snow removal, trash hauling, hot tub upkeep, and caretaking - developing a wide range of skills to keep properties in top shape year-round. Whether it was handling preventative maintenance or responding quickly to unexpected issues, I learned how to be resourceful, efficient, and proactive...qualities that property owners depend on.

With many years in commercial and retail asset protection, I bring an extra layer of care and attention to detail. I understand the importance of safeguarding investments, reducing risks, and ensuring that every property is not just maintained, but protected. My goal is to help property owners reduce stress and maximize returns while giving residents a space they can truly feel at home in.

Over the past few years, I’ve also had the opportunity to take on larger-scale projects across several states, including North Carolina, Florida, Louisiana, Texas, and Colorado. Much of this work involved converting properties into co-living rental homes - projects that required both physical construction skills and the ability to manage the full scope of property operations. Beyond the renovations, I handled tenant applications, screenings, lease creation, resident services, rent collection, utilities, marketing, and even evictions when necessary.

This blend of on-the-ground maintenance expertise and hands-on management experience has given me a full understanding of what it takes to keep a property running smoothly. From protecting your investment to creating value for residents, I approach every project with the same commitment: reliable service, attention to detail, and the peace of mind that your property is in good hands.
